Participants wishing to submit a short oral, poster, or innovation abstract must first register for the congress. Access to the abstract submission system will be provided after registration confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received before September 27 midnight – 50% refund, minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- No refund on cancellations made after September 27.
- Participation fees for the dinner cannot be refunded.
- Bank transfer fees will not be refunded.
Modification Policy
- Charges apply for upgrading from online to in-person.
- No refunds for downgrading from in-person to online.
- No charge for delegate substitution (authorization letter required 2 days before event).
