Abstracts Submission for Short Oral & Posters Presentation

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Abstract should be submitted via email. 
  2. Only one abstract is allowed per registered person.
  3. In-person presentations are prioritized for oral submissions. Online presentations require prior approval.
  4. Online poster submissions are accepted.
  5. No changes are allowed after the submission deadline.
  6. Abstracts cannot be modified post-acceptance.

The Modalities:

  1. Title word limit: 20 words
  2. Text word limit: 200 words
  3. Text Style: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Conclusion.
  4. Define unusual abbreviations on first use.
  5. Submitted abstracts must relate to conference tracks or sessions. Please specify the topic.
  6. References limit: 3 references
  7. Submit in both Word and PDF formats, prepared in B5 format.

Note that: Abstracts received without formal modalities will not be studied.

 

Reviewing & Selection Process

All submissions reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and selection will be based on originality, novelty, and impact. 

  • Scores 9-10: considered for oral presentation.
  • Scores 6-8: accepted for poster presentation.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference abstracts book.

Remarks:

– Preference for in-person short oral presentations.

– E-posters can be accepted.

– Low-quality or off-topic abstracts may be rejected.

 

Short Oral Presentations

  • Duration: 8 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
  • Number of slides: 8 Slides (+1)
  • Content: (1) the aim of the research, (2) materials methods, (3) Results, and (4) conclusion. 

Please note that the timing might slightly change according to the final program

 

Posters Session

  • Procedure: Posters will be presented during the coffee breaks & lunch break
  • Format: A1 – vertical : 84,1cm height * 59,4cm width
